Microsoft Product Training for the beginner


Understand how these programs are used and help with daily productivity from a beginners view. We can instruct in single program usage or as a set.

Onsite group training can be provide as a minimum of 10 participants is met.


  • Excel ($100 per sessiom, 6 Hours)
    • Learn to use formulas and functions
    • Create and modify charts
    • Convert, sort, filter, and manage lists
    • Insert and modify illustrations in a worksheet
    • Learn to work with tables
    • Learn to use conditional formatting and styles
  • Word ($100 per session, 6 hours)
    • Learn to create and edit Microsoft Word documents.
    • Learn about the Ribbon.
    • Learn about the File tab.
    • Learn to create new documents and use Word templates.
    • Learn to format Word documents.
    • Learn to add page numbers, headers and footers, and spell and grammar check documents.
  • Powerpoint ($100 per session, 6 hours)
    • Start and end a PowerPoint session.
    • Edit a presentation.
    • Create different types of slides.
    • Use the Outline tab.
    • Add Clipart to a slide.
    • Format slides and use templates.
    • Use the Slide Sorter to reorganize a presentation.
    • Apply Tables and Charts to a presentation.
    • Print various components of a presentation.
    • Run a slide show.
  • Outlook ($100 per session, 6 hours)
    • Learn about the new features in Outlook
    • Learn about the Ribbon, Tabs, Groups, and Commands.
    • Explore the Backstage View.
    • Set up accounts and work with messages.
    • Work with calendars and contacts.
  • Onenote ($100 per session, 6 hours)
    • Navigate and customize the OneNote interface and environment.
    • Add and format text, images, audio, links, drawing objects to a notebook.
    • Embed Excel spreadsheets and attach other files to a notebook.
    • Categorize, organize, and search notebook content.
    • Spell check, print, and password protect notebooks.
    • Use Outlook and OneDrive to send and share notebook content.
    • Export notebook content and manage notebook history and backups.
  • Project ($175 per session, 8 hours)
    • Learn to create and manage simple projects.
    • Learn to enter and manage tasks.
    • Learn to work with a project calendar.
    • Learn to add and manage project resources and work with the resource sheet.
    • Learn to create basic reports for your project.


Fees:

  • Individual program $100 per session and Project is $175 per session
  • Whole program set $600 (5) day session

Location of training is flexible and mobile. We can meet at one of our sites or yours. A minimum of 10 participants is necessary to schedule a session.
